What about costs?

I prefer to have a conversation about your context, but as a general rule, I tend to offer a day rate of:

£250 for voluntary based organisations or start ups (under 50K)
£350 for smaller charities (under £100K),
£450 for medium charities (up to £250K)
£600 for larger charities/statutory/Business’ etc.
Thinking Partner / Coaching – 1 off or up to 6 sessions and based on a conversation on budget (but usually £50 – £100)
Action Learning Facilitator – £300 – £400 per set (depending on admin and scheduling requirements)

I also have a ‘Pay it Forward’ scheme where I offer some pro-bono work (..I’ve been there!).
